  2. Cut beets into thin slices - about 1/8-inch thick or so.
  3. Place beet slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread them out evenly.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, flip beet slices over, then bake for another 10-15 minutes or until beet chips are crisp.
