  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter,
  • 1/2 cup of cooked and mashed beets,
  • 3 tablespoons of milk.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

To make the beet pizza crust, combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix together and knead until it forms a soft dough. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and press into your pizza pan. Now it's time for the toppings.

  • 1 small beet, peeled, and sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 to 2 pinches ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rucola leaves
  • Vegetables (Optional): 0.5 piece paprika + 1 piece red bell pepper + 3 to 4 cherry tomatoes + 4 to 5 champignons mushrooms + seedless black olives.

Baking Beet Pizza

1. Bake Pizza In A Regular Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the grated beet, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture over the pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Arrange the sliced beets, oregano, rucola leaves, garlic over the pizza crust.
  5. Add additional vegetables of your choice (if desired): paprika, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms on top of the pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and olives.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!

2. Bake Pizza In A Pizza Oven:

  1. Preheat the pizza oven to 700 degrees F (380 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated beet, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil garlic cloves, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture over the pizza crust about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Place the sliced beets, oregano, rucola leaves, garlic over the pizza crust.
  5. Add additional favorite vegetables (if wanted): paprika, pepper, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms over the pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and olives.
  7. Bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
